I/2 Kg Shrimps/Prawns shelled and deveined
2 cloves garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 Tomatoes
1 Onion
4 chillies seeded and deveined
I cucumber skinned and seeded
4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Corn Tortilla crisps/chips
A Bunch of fresh cilantro/coriander leaves  finely chopped

Mix the shrimp with garlic, black pepper, salt and lime juice and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Heat oil on medium heat and fry the shrimps for 2 minutes, turning them over after 1 minute. Remove the shrimp form heat and leave to cool

Grate 1 tomato into paste leaving out the skin. Cut the onions, cucumber, chillies, cilantro and the remaining tomatoes into small cubes and mix them all with the tomato paste. Add salt to taste and vinegar.

Once the shrimps are cool, cube them and toss them in the mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Serve with Corn tortilla chips/crisps.
